  6. Upload your creative. Be sure to follow the guidelines. Uploads that don't align with submission requirements will not be included in judges' review.

Essay Questions

To submit your entry simply fill out the fields below and answer the essay questions telling us about your Big Idea of 2011. Keep in mind that judges have limited time to review each entry so be sure to tell them the most important aspects of the campaign. Don’t forget to include your campaign creative which could be highlighted in the 2012 event program. Good Luck!

Essay Questions

Provide an overview of the program/campaign’s qualitative and quantitative objectives. Clearly outline the situation and key performance indicators. Where possible, provide the program budget and list time constraints and any other limitations. Note: Budget information will be kept confidential.

Elaborate on the program strategy(s) clearly listing the target audience(s) and any audience insights. For submissions to the advertising category, be sure to outline the strategy behind the media plan.

Describe the tactical execution (creative, production, implementation, etc.) of the program. Be sure to include any challenges encountered and how they were overcome.

Tell us how the program delivered against objectives listed in question 1 and the impact (if any) to the overall business objectives. Be sure to outline qualitative and quantitative results!

 
Creative Support

Please provide creative support to accompany your essay submission. Category finalists will be highlighted in the AMY Awards event program so it is required that all files uploaded be print ready. Check out the Creative Upload Do’s and Don’ts in the call for entries (link to PDF) for details. Files that do not follow the creative requirements will not be included in the entry for judges' review.
